ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):

In response to the Board’s Order of July 11, 1986, by filing

of July 30, Jennison—Wright clarified the status of Exhibit B to

its June 25 RCRA permit appeal which was stamped “confidential”.

Jennison—Wright states that this material is already “within the

public domain”, and that accordingly no confidential treatment of

this material is sought or required. The Clerk is therefore

directed to deposit this material

in

the Board’s

public

inspection files.
