    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a July 8, 1986
    motion to dismiss filed
    on
    behalf of Willaims Pipline Company
    (Williams) to which the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) responded on July 18, 1986. The Agency’s response was
    accompanied by a motion to strike to which William’s responded on
    July 25, 1986, at which time it also moved for expedited
    consideration. The motions to dismiss and to strike are hereby
    denied thereby rnooting the motion for expedited consideration
    which has, in effect, been granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
