    This matter comes before the Board upon an April 20, 1987
    Motion to Reconsider filed by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency)b The Agency requests that the Board
    delete and vacate Condition 4 imposed by the Board’s Order of
    April 1, 1987, granting the City of La Salle an exception to the
    combined sewer overflow regulations~. The motion is hereby
    granted, and Condition 4 is hereby deleted and vacated from the
    April 1, 1987 Order of the Boardb
