ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon a January 28, 1987
motion for correction of the Board’s January 8, 1987 Order in.
this matter filed on behalf of Van Leer Containers, Inc. No
response was filed. Van Leer requests the Board to correct what
it believes to be an inadvertent error in paragraph I of that
order by inserting the words “exterior coatings” following the
word “applied” in that paragraph.
Van Leer correctly presumes that the Board’s intent was to
adhere to the recommendation of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency in this proceeding dated October 28, 1986, as
modified at the November 3, 1986 hearing in this matter at page

The motion is granted and paragraph 1 of the January 8, 1987
