ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon an October 1, 1985
petition for extension of variance filed on behalf of Meyer Steel
Drum, Inc. (Meyer). That petition is deficient in that it fails
to present data regarding plant emissions and fails to discuss
the environmental impact of those emissions. This might be cured
through the incorporation of the record, opinion and order of the
prior proceeding (along with any information updating the earlier
record), or by submitting new information.
Unless Meyer files an amended petition within 45 days of th’~
date of this order curing the above—noted defects, the petition
will be subject to dismissal.
