    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On May 26, 1988, Navem Patel filed a Second Motion
    Subsequent to Entry of Final Order seeking reconsideration of
    certain issues. The Board strikes the motion as having been
    filed after this proceeding was closed. The Board issued its
    final Opinion and Order on February 4, 1988, and disposed of
    post—decision motions on April 21, 1988. Additional motions are
    simply not appropriate.
