ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):

On March 3, 1987, respondent, Eric Otten filed a Motion to

Correct Record, requesting the Board accept six exhibits

identified and submitted by Otten at hearing; five of which were

admitted. Otten also requests nine corrections to the trans-

cript. This matter is referred to the hearing officer. The

hearing officer is in the best position to certify the accuracy

of the exhibits and transcript corrections,. The hearing officer

is directed to rule on this motion after the complainant,

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, has been afforded an

opportunity to respond to Otten’s motion.
