ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
On May 19, 1986, the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency (‘tAgency”) filed a Request for Stay in this matter. That
request seeks to have the Board stay for 90 days the final order
issued on March 14, 1986. The Agency states it is filing the
request for stay on behalf of itself and petitioner and that
petitioner concurs with this request for stay.
The motion for stay is granted. Both parties are directed
to file with the Board not later than August 18, 1986, a
statement on whether agreement has been reached on the disputed
issues. If agreement is reached prior to August 18, 1986, the
parties are advised to inform the Board, by motion, of what
disposition they prefer.
