    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R. C. Flemal):
    On January 8, 1990, the Village of Morton (“Morton’t) filed a
    motion to modify the Board’s May 9, 1986 Order. On January 10,
    1990, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (“Agency”)
    filed a motion to extend the time to file its response to
    Morton’s motion to January 25, 1990.
    The Agency’s motion is granted. The Agency shall file its
    response on or before January 25, 1990.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
