    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    This amended petition was filed June 10, 1985,
    in response
    to the Board~smore information Order
    of May
    2,
    and satisfies
    most of those concerns. However, question #2
    was:
    “The compliance schedule of
    paragraph
    nine
    indicates that construction of
    ~LeLL~L1u~uL
    facilities will be completed October 30,
    1985. Will the Village of Mt.
    Morris begin
    accepting
    Kab1e~s
    effluent
    discharges on that
    date?”
    This question
    has not been answered~
    Paragraph seven of the
    petition refers the Board to Exhibit K,
    which is not a commitment
    by the Village, but is a proposal by Kable,
    This information is
    necessary for Board assessment of the length of any variance to
    be granted; if connection is to occur in October, 1985,
    why is
    variance requested until June, 1986?
    If an amended petition addressing these issues
    is not filed
    within 45 days of the date of this Order, this
    petition will be
    subject to dismissal,
