    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    On July 24, 1985, the parties filed a joint motion for leave
    to file instanter, a motion to reconsider the Board’s interim
    Order of June 13, 1985. That Order had noted certain problems
    with the parties’ presentation of a proposed stipulated
    settlement of this permit appeal. The motion is granted, insofar
    as the Board accepts the filing. The motion to reconsider the
    interim order is denied as unnecessary, as the parties have
    responded to the direction in that Order. The Board’s
    disposition of this action will proceed as expeditiously as is
    practicable.
    IT iS SO ORDERED.
