ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
On April 18, 1985, the petitioners in PCB 84—175, the Board
of Trustees of Casner Township et al., filed a motion for stay of
the Board~sOrder of March 22, 1985, as explained by its Opinion
of April 4, 1985, This Order reversed the deemed issued
“approval” of the County of Jefferson to a site location
suitability approval application made by Southern Illinois
Landfill, Inc. (Southern) pursuant to P.A. 82—682 (SB 172), and
remanded the proceeding to the County. In support of its motion,
Casner Township noted its filing of a petition for review of this
Order in the Appellate Court for the Fifth Judicial District (No.
5—85—0245). Southern filed a similar motion on April 29, 1985,
having separately filed a petition for review (No. 5—85—0278).
The motions are granted.
