    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    This proceeding is a noise and odor nuisance action against
    Clairmont Transfer Company (“Clairmont”). At hearing (R. 8, 21)
    and in filings (letter to the Board filed May 3, 1985), it is
    indicated that Clairmorit has ceased operations and has filed a
    petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the Federal
    Bankruptcy Code.
    The Board orders that, not later than September 30, 1986,
    the parties file a status report with the Board responding to the
    following issues:
    1. Whether Clairmont Transfer Company has
    any present or anticipated future
    activities at the location in question;
    2. What is the present status of Clairmont
    Transfer’s Chapter 11 petition; and
    3. What is the remedy presently sought by
    the complainants against Clairmont
    Transfer in this proceeding.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
