    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On March 29, 1984, Mobil Oil Corporation filed a petition
    seeking variance from Section 304.122. That petition is
    deficient in that it fails to include a plan and schedule for
    ultimate compliance with Section 304.122 as required by Section
    104.121(f). Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days
    curing the defect this matter will be subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
