(Georgia~Pacific) filed a motion to cancel

the hearing in this

matter which is presently scheduled for

February 23, 1984.

While Georqia~Pacific represents that

the Illinois Environmental

Protection Agency concurs in this request

and that “all of the

parties

are in agreement,” the

Board

is reluctant to cancel

hearings for which public notice has

already

been published since

there may be citizens who intend to

appear at the hearing who

are not in agreement.

The motion is, therefore, denied.
