    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a March 25, 1985,
    motion for extension of time filed on behalf of the City of
    Sycamore. The City requests that it be allowed additional time
    to file its brief. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    filed an objection to that motion on April 1, 1985.
    The City’s motion is granted, and the City will be allowed
    an additional 30 days to file its brief. In granting this
    motion, the Board construes the request as including a 30—day
    waiver of the statutory decision date.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
