    On January 31, 1986 the parties to this matter submitted a
    joint motion to dismiss this enforcement proceeding stating that
    they had entered a consent decree before the Peoria County
    Circuit Court, No. 85—CH—607. The joint motion to dismiss is
    hereby granted.
