    v.
    PCE 82-8
    ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY,
    )
    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
On February 16, 1982 petitioner filed an amended petition in
response to the Board’s Order of February 4, 1982. In reviewing
its Order, the Board has noted that a paragraph specifying
additional defects was inadvertently dropped from that Order.
First, the petition waives hearing but fails to contain an
affidavit attesting to the truth of the facts alleged as required
by Procedural Rule 401(b). Secondly, petitioner seeks variance
to connect a new sewer to the sewage treatment plant operated by
the Village of Lombard. The Board finds that the Village must be
made a party to this action, as either an additional petitioner
or respondent, pursuant to Procedural Rule 303(c).
If an amended petition curing these defects is not filed
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition will be
    subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
Contr 1 Board, hereby certify that the above Order was adopted on
    the
