    Petitioner’s October 12, 1982 Motion for Additional Hearing
    is granted. Hearing is to be scheduled within fifteen days of
    this Order, and held within forty—five days. Hearing shall be
    limited to the issue of the liquid byproduct of the gas reclama-
    tion process being returned to the landfill.
