    Petitioner filed a Petition for Variance from a permit
    completion schedule on July 28, 1980. That petition is hereby
    dismissed since there is no showing that the Petitioner
    has attempted to obtain a permit modification from the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency. Therefore, this petition
    appears to be premature.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
