ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Dumelle):

The June 20, 1980, Petition for Variance, filed with the

Board on behalf of Regensteiner Publishing Enterprise, Inc.

is hereby deemed inadequate for the following reasons:

1. There is no certification of service upon the Illinois

Environmental Agency (see Procedural Rule 401(a));

2. The Petition is unsigned (see Rule 104 (d)); and

3. There is no request for hearing or waiver of hearing

(see Rule 401 (b)).

For the foregoing reasons and pursuant to Rule 407(b)(2),

the Board orders additional information to cure the above

listed defects. Failure to do so within 45 days will make

the Petition subject to dismissal for inadequacy.
