ORDER OF THE BOARD (by I. Goodman):

On May 14, 1980 the Board granted Petitioner additional time

within which to certify acceptance of the variance issued on

April 16, 1981. On May 18, 1981 Petitioner wrote that it no

longer desired the variance, given that Respondent had issued a

permit to which Petitioner does not object.

The Board therefore hereby vacates the variance Order. Peti-

tioner’s attention is called to Paragraph four of Page 2 of the

Opinion of that Order.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
