    On July 1, 1982

    Board delayed reconsideration of this
    matter until this date and ordered that a joint report be filed
    by August 27, 1982 to

    on negotiations between the
    parties. Such report was
    filed
    on that date.
    The parties and the new owner of Second Chance have met
    and progress has apparently been made. They jointly request
    that reconsideration be further delayed and that another
    joint report
    be
    filed
    on October
    18, 1982.
    That motion is granted,
    and decision on the motion for
    reconsideration
    is
    hereby withheld until October 27, 1982.
    The parties are to
    file a
    joint report on actions taken toward
    resolution of
    this
    matter on
    or
    before October 18, 1982.
