    On July 12, 1981 the County of Peoria filed a motion
    for extension of time to conduct certain noise tests which
    were required under the stipulation in this matter which was
    accepted by the February 19, 1981 Board Order. No response
    having been filed, the Board hereby grants Peoria
    an
    additional
    60 days to conduct the noise surveys.
