ORDER OF THE BOARD (by I. Goodman):
On October 6, 1981, The Celotex Corporation filed a Motion
for a Board Order requiring the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency to issue an Operating Permit subsequent to the Third
District Appellate Court decision in The Celotex Corporation v.
Illinois Pollution Control Board
and
Environmental Protection
Agency, Case No. 81—10, filed September 29, 1981. On October
13, 1981 the Agency filed a Motion for an extension of time to
respond to the Celotex Motion. Since the Agency has fifty-six
(56) days to appeal the above—cited decision (Ill. Rev. Stat.,
Ch. 11OA, §315, 1979 as amended), the Agency’s Motion is hereby
granted and time for responding is extended until October 30,
1981, as requested in the Agency’s Motion.
