~RDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Goodman):

The Board construes the March 16, 1979 letter to Board

Assistant Richard Christopher as a Motion for Stay pursuant

to the Order of the United States District Court, Northern

District of Illinois, Eastern Division, in bankruptcy proceed-

ings

number 79 B 2018, a copy of which was attached to the

letter. The Board finds that the stay order of the bankrupcy

court applies to proceedings involving the property and

financial condition of the debtor only and is not intended

as a stay against an enforcement proceeding before this

Board. The Board will therefore deny the Motion for Stay

herein.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
