INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):

On August 31, 1978 the Board received a report of test

samples taken in conjunction with this matter. The Illinois

Department of Transportation, Division of Water Resources; the

Waukegan Port District; and the Illinois Environmental Protection

Agency are hereby ordered to advise the Board of the status of

this matter. Status reports should include an analysis of the

environmental hazards and consequences of dredging under this

permit in light of the August 31, 1978 report.
