ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
Petition filed November 9, 1976 is inadequate in that the
effects of the proposed Nursing and Care Center discharge upon
the sewage treatment plant and that in turn upon the receiving
stream are not given. The present, condition of the receivinq
stream as to dissolved oxygen levels, sludge deposits, alcial
qrowth, etc. isnot given.
Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 45 days of the date
of this Order to provide the necessary information. A waiver of the
90-day decision period set by statute shall also be filed with the
Board and Agency to commence with the filing of the Amended Petition.
Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall render the Petition
liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
