ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
Petition filed November 19, 1976 is inadequate in that no
information is given as to whether algal growths are presently
experienced on Raccoon Reservoir. The state of eutrophication
of this Reservoir should be documented. The costs mentioned by
the Petitioner are not estimated nor is the level of phosphorus
attainable in the effluent.
Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 45 days from the
date of this Order to provide the above mentioned information.
The 90-day decision period set by statute shall run from the date
of filing the Amended Petition. Failure to timely file the
Amended Petition shall render the Petition liable to dismissal
for inadequacy.
