    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed May 20, 1976 is inadequate in that
    ambient air quality data for the contaminants to be emitted
    from the air curtain destructor is not given nor are the expected
    emissions quantified.
    Petitioner shall file an Amended Petition with the Board
    and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency within 45 days
    from the date of this Order providing the needed information. The
    90-day decisionperiod set by statute shall run from the date of
    filing the Amended Petition. Failure to timely file the
    Amended Petition shall make the cause liable to dismissal for
    inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
