INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Young):

On January 30, 1976, the Agency filed a Motion for an

Extension of Time to Make a Recommendation on National

Castings’ variance petition. The Motion is dismissed as

moot since National Castings has subsequently filed a second

amended variance petition on February 3, 1976. The 30-day

recommendation period and the 90-day decision period set

by statute shall run commencing February 3, 1976.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
