ORDER OF
THE
BOARD (by Mr. Durnelle):
Petition filed September 4, 1975 is inadequate in that
the effects of the Farmington Sewage Treatment Plant discharge
upon the receiving st.ream are not quantified. The Board would
wish to know the diss3lved oxygen levels of the stream and
the nature of the existing benthic organisms, whether pollution-
tolerant or pollution-intolerant and whether septic odors
exist.
Petitioner siall amend the Petition to provide the required
information withiAl 45 days from the date of this Order. The
90-day decision period set by statute shall run from the date
of filinq Of the Amended Petition.
Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall render
the Petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
