ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Zeitlin):

On October 9, 1975, the Board entered a final Opinion

and Order in DeSoto, Inc. v. EPA, PCB 75—277, dismissing

without prejudice for lack of a compliance plan. In a Motion

filed November 7, 1975, DeSoto asks that the Board reconsider

that decision, based on a new compliance plan accompanying

that Motion.

~e shall deny the Motion to Reconsider.
