ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Young):
This matter comes before the Board on the motion of Com-
plainant in opposition to our Order entered January 22, 1976,
which gave Respondents the option of accomplishing a physical
separation of its water supply system by sealing the inter-
connecting valve.
While Complainant submits that this option, if exercised,
will not result in a physical separation of the system, the
Board believes that this alternative would produce the same
effect, and in addition offers some additional advantages. For
these reasons, Complainant’s motion is denied.
