    Dumelle):
    The two listed causes shall be consolidated. The comment
    by Mr. Joseph T. Enders filed July 31, 1975 shall be accepted
    into the record. The Village of Glendale Heights and the
    Environmental Protection Agency shall have 15 days to respond
    to the comment if they wish or may do so in the public hearing
    to held in PCB 75-283.
    In PCB 75-283 Count “B” shall be stricken as the proper
    forum to compel compliance with prior Board Orders is to the
    Circuit Court rather than to the Board.
