ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Dr. Odell)
On March
31, 1975, the Village of Omaha filed a

the population of stunted bluegills.

dispose of the dead fish nor on precautions to be taken so that
citizens and other potential users of the Reservoir are properly
warned and kept away from the Reservoir during periods of ad-
ministration of the toxicant.
We note on the original Petition
For Variance that the Omaha Reservoir is a public water supply
and that a fish biologist is scheduled to supervise the fish kill.
