    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    The petition for variance filed January 17, 1975 is
    hereby dismissed without prejudice ~for failure to comply with
    Rule 401 of the Pollution Control Board Procedural Rules in
    that it fails to specify what Rule or provision of the Act
    petitioner seeks a variance from, type and quantity of
    discharge for which the variance is sought, and the impact of
    the emission on surrounding citizens.
    If petitioner files a new variance petition, the 90-day
    decision period shall again begin running from the filing
    of such petition.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
