ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Zeitlin):

On July 10, 1975, the Board entered an Interim Order

requiring additional information from Petitioner Uniroyal,

Inc. On September 18, 1975, the Board entered a further

Interim Order granting Petitioner an additional 45 days

within which to file such information. Pursuant to our

July 10, 1975 Interim Order, the cause shall now be

dismissed without prejudice, for inadequacy, as a result

of Petitioner’s failure to file the required information.
