ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):

Petition filed October 25, 1974 is inadequate in that

it does not give the environmental impact of the grant of

this variance upon the public. The anticipated particulate

concentration to be generated upon surrounding residences

is not given.

If pertinent information on this point exists in the

prior proceeding, PCB 73-355, then its record shall be

stipulated into this case.

Petitioner shall file the needed information (or stipulate

the prior record if it is contained therein)~within45 days

from the date of this order. Failure to timely file the

needed information shall make the petition liable to dismissal

for inadequacy. The 90-day decision period set by statute

shall run from the date of filing the additional information.
