ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Durnelle):

Amended Petition filed October 16, 1974 is still inadequate in

that, no effects are given of the plant effluent upon the receiving

stream. Petitioner could cause a standard stream survey to be

made or perhaps gather existing water quality data to enable the

Board to make a judgment upon the matter. Data are desired as to

dissolved oxygen levels in the stream, odors (if any), bottom deposits,

algae, etc.

Petitioner shall provide such information within 60 days of the

date of this Order. Failure to provide the information requested

with the Agency and Board shall make the petition liable to dismissal

for inadequacy.

The ninety day period set by statute for decision shall run from

the date of filing the amended petition.
