ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Seaman):
On August 23, 1974, the Environmental Protection Agency filed its
Motion To Enforce Order of the hearing officer in the above-captioned
cause. That order, dated June
19, 1974 required Respondent, Bulk Terminals
Company, to answer certain interrogatories propounded by the Agency.
Respondent, Bulk Terminals Company, is hereby ordered to answer
the subject interrogatories within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
