and pursuant to Rule l07(b)(5) of the Board Procedural Rules, the following

materials shall not be subject to disclosure, temporarily, until August 29,

1974:

All parts of Respondent’s Federal Corporation Income Tax Returns

for the years 1969 through 1973, and Respondent’s Federal

Corporation Estimated Income Tax Return for 1974~.

The parties shall, on or before August 29, 1974, file with the Board

statements regarding the relevance ofsaid materials to the instant matter.
