ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss):

On July 8, 1974 Respondent filed a Motion requesting leave

to file a Reply Memorandum in Support of Its Motion to Strike

Count I of the Complaint. The Motion to Strike Count I had

previously been denied by the Board on June 27, 1974.

The Motion for leave to file Reply Memorandum is hereby

allowed. The Reply Memorandum has been filed by Respondent and

a review of that Reply Memorandum does not cause the Board to

alter its decision previously made on June 27, 1974. We,

therefore, reaffirm our Order of June 27, 1974 denying the

Motion to Strike Count I of the Complaint.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
