On May 13, 1974 Petitioner, Granite City Steel, appealed

from the ruling of a Nearing Officer and filed Motion requesting

that this Board review a ruling of the Hearing Officer which

apparently authorized the EPA to take moving pictures of the

Granite City Steel process. Petitioner requested leave to

file a written memorandum and the transcript containing the

ruling.

We

allow

the

parties 14 days from the date of this Order

in which to file their written memoranda and any transcript

of hearing which they wish to submit on this procedural question.
