    On April 11, 1975, the Hearing Officer was notified by
    letter that Petitioner “withdraws the Petition for Variance.”
    This letter was received in offices of the Illinois Pollution
    Control Board on April 16, 1975. We construe the letter to be
    a Motion To Withdraw Petition For Variance.
    We grant the Motion. Petition For Variance originally
    filed on December 16, 1974, is dismissed without prejudice.
