    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelie):
    Motion to Dismiss
    was
    filed on July 22, 1974 by the Agency
    on grounds that the petitioner has not exhausted its administrative
    remedies by applying for a landscape waste burning permit under
    Rule 504(a)(6).
    The amendment to the petition filed July 12, 1974 appears
    to ask that its petition he construed as a permit application
    under Rule 505(a) (6).
    Inasmuch as the Board does not process or grant permits
    under this Rule it would appear to be best to dismiss the petition
    as premature. The City of Morrison can file for a permit under
    Rule 504(a) (6) with the Agency using Agency forms and procedures.
    The petition is dismissed without prejudice as being pre-
    mature.
