    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Motion for Extension of Variance filed December 4, 1974
    is not opposed by the Environmental Protection Agency in its
    Answer filed December 11, 1974. It was not timely filed under
    Board Procedural Rules.
    The October 10, 1974 order of the Board is modified in
    Paragraph No. 1 to grant and extend the variance from Rule 204(f)
    (2) until December 31, 1974 instead of December 1, 1974. All
    other conditions of the Board order of October 10, 1974 remain
    as initially issued.
    The extension is granted to allow time to analyze the test
    results of December 4, 1974 and to take appropriate action when
    those results are known.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
