    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss)
    The Respondenb the Environmental Protection Agency~has filed
    Objection to Variance Petition and Motion to Grant an Extension
    of Time for the filing of a Recommendation. The Agency1s objection
    was timely and therefore this matter shall be scheduled for
    hearing on the merits. We allow an additional 21 days from
    January 31 for the filing of the Agency~sRecommendation.
    IT IS ORDERED that this case be scheduled for hearing and
    that the Agency~sRecommendation be filed on or before February 21,
    1974.
