    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed December 17, 1973 is dismissed since the
    matter of the transfer of sewer permits (and their initial issuance)
    is one which has been left with the North Shore Sanitary District.
    Petitioner is advised to contact the District to obtain their
    consent to the transfer,which if given, would make the matter
    moot.
    Petition is dismissed without prejudice.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
