ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss)

Respondents, The Forest Preserve District of Cook County,

George W. Dunne, President of the Board of Commissioners of

the Forest Preserve District and the members of the Board of

Commissioners of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County

have moved for a continuance of the hearings scheduled in

this matter. The Motion for Continuance is denied. Hearing

has already been delayed far beyond the schedules ordinarily

seen in such cases and far beyond the schedule contemplated

by our Rules. Respondents have had ample time to file

motions attacking the Complaint and neither their failure to

file motions nor their recent hiring of an attorney who had

scheduled his own personal vacation will be considered

justification for further delay.

It is ordered that the Motion for Continuance be denied.
